|
Reporting directly to the Division General Manager, manages the sales
and marketing funcions |

REQUIREMENTS

Education
|
Bachelor of science in business or
technical discipline, with post-graduate coursework/ seminars on state-of-the-art techniques on sales and marketing activities. |
|
Experience
|
Six to 15 years in field sales and sales management within a manufacturing environment. |
|
Equipment Used
|
Personal/mainframe computer;
specific software packages, copier, calculator, telephone, and fax. |
|
Safety/Safety of Others
|
Must wear all required personal protective
equipment in designated areas. Care necessary to avoid placing self and others in an unsafe environment. |

Quality of Work
|
Provides quality products and services
for internal and external customers. Performance of quality work and decisions is important to succeeding operations. Participates in the Q-9000 process. |

Physical Demand
|
Requires intermittent physical effort;
short work cycles. May be called upon occasionally to push, pull, and lift material weighing an average of 20 - 30 pounds. |
